New macbook pro ram options

I noticed the newest mac book pro hardware options that BBY offers do not cover all available options that Apple provides. Specifically looking for 32gb of ram in the 14" latest model. It seems that earlier macbook pro versions we could special order/customize more.... Anyone aware if more options will be available through BBY?

It is my understanding that Apple does not want non Apple people to modiify or offer upgrades on Mac Books

 

To get one with 32 here you would have to go with a 15.4" or 16"
