Hello I am attempting to purchase a 13" in either hard drive size but I need 16gb of Ram and I do not see that as an option. I have called customer service but given a run around, I was told to check the website or go to a store. I purchased my last macbook pro through Best Buy and had a good interaction but so far Im pretty disapointed.
Thank you for any advice

I believe that the Best Buy website is incorrect in the specifications stated about the new Macbook Pro. This is because on the apple website they don't offer an i5 version nor do either of them come with 8GB of RAM both come standard with 16GB and the prices are the same. Best Buy needs to verify the specifications for the new devices.

Thank you for your response but I think 8Gb ram is the standard according to Apples site

My mistake, I was looking at the 15" version which Best Buy's website has listed completely incorrectly.
