Help!!! I am continuously receiving a pop up on my computer saying that my NMIndexStoreSvr.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. I don't know what to do. I can't get access to Windows Media player nor can I burn anything on my computer. Please help. I don't know what it means.
Looks like you are having a problem with Nero Scout which is "bloated toad" ware that comes with Nero. It has been problematic for some time and was even problematic for me recently. Look here:

In order to resolve the problem, you are likely going to have to disable Nero Scout. It is something that you don't really need anyway and your computer will actually run better. It is a resource hog. For more info, look here:
