Hurrah! after upgrade i restarted my computer and hola. Now games are working fine on my system....

If it’s doing this with all games I recommend running Windows Update to make sure your computer is fully up to date, update your graphics driver if you have a dedicated graphics card from Nvidia or AMD, and doing a full restart of your computer. I am also facing the same problem, should I update my Windows 7? Or upgrade it to Windows 10 instead?

I think my graphics driver ( Nvidia ) is up to date.

Ensuring your operating system and all device drivers are fully up to date is an essential troubleshooting step. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend performing all updates if you’re still experiencing issues.

Most of the issue arise this because of the graphics compatibility. check the game's requirement and make sure your PC meet that requirement and second thing is windows compatibility, so make sure you have installed right ISO of windows some iso has missed function files which cause issue.
