This topic has been discussed several times I beleive but I need to know before I purcase the Kinlde Paperwhite.

Which exact generation and release date it is please?

Because if I follow the model serial number on the product page (B00OQVZDJM) and I do some search, the numbers starting with B00 are the 2011 Kindle. but if I look at the size on the specification, I found that its the size of the current Kindle.

So one of the data provided is incorrect.

Can someone please help find out which version is the Kindle sold?
