Windows wont care which USB hub you use, but be aware that hub is only USB 2.0, and not powered. Some.devices may run slower then expected or not at all if they require additional power.

Latest version of Windows ®8, Windows® 7, Windows

Vista®, or Windows® XP; or Mac OS X 10.4 or later.

 

It should work with Windows 10!
