There's a computer I really want, but the price is a bit too high for my budget. The geek squad open box is cheaper(ofc), but only brought down the price by 8%. I read that the price should be at least 15%-20% less than the new?
So is it worth haggling and what should I say to get them to bring the price down on the open box computer?
