What’s the model number of your tablet? When did you purchase it? Have you given our Insignia Customer Care team a call at (877) 467-4289? They would be best positioned to give you in the moment advice, but alternatively if you can provide me your model number of your tablet I’d be happy to see what other advice may be available.

Thank you for confirming that model number for me! I really do appreciate it. Can you please share how you reset your device? Per the user manual available here you can either to a Recovery Reset or a Reset to factory defaults. Alternatively, there is also an option to Reset from startup.
If you’re still having issues with your tablet after trying all three methods listed above we’d highly recommend giving our advanced support team a call at (877) 467-4289 as they’d be better positioned to provide in the moment troubleshooting assistance. Also, if have purchased your tablet with the last year and have the receipt your local Best Buy’s Geek Squad may be able to assist you, if you’d schedule an appointment.
