Hello.
We just got an older Dell monitor (FHD) with a VGA cable and the NS-PUV308 adapter. I installed the correct drivers (Windows 10, also tried on Mac Catalina, but as others have reported, that seems to be a non-starter now). After a reboot, the monitor can extend the desktop of my wife's Dell Laptop, but it cannot duplicate the display.
If I choose to duplicate the display via Windows' options, all that happens is that the laptop's screen resolution goes down and the aspect ratio changes, but the monitor is blank. So, I can extend or switch between the laptop screen and the monitor, but cannot duplicate the laptop display on the monitor. Anyone else have this issue, or a way around it? Thanks.

I just realized display duplication works with this adapter on another laptop, where the native resolutions of the laptop display and the monitor match. Same drivers, same OS, both Dell laptops. I wonder if this is a limitation of the NS-PUV308.
