Hello. Ths BB guy told me that this bluetooth adapter would work with my Beats Headphones, but it can not find them. The adapter sees my printer and sometimes will see my phone, but never my headphones. Does this product with Beats by Dre?

If you're trying to pair your wireless Beats headphones with a computer using this adapter, you'll want to ensure the adapter is set up and all drivers are installed correctly. Then, put your headphones in pairing mode and follow these steps to connect a Bluetooth device to a PC, or see these steps for connecting your device to a Mac product.

I have tried pairing, deleting and repairing several times, it just will not work. I have read where other people using Beats have run into the exact same problem, but never a solution. When I pair the Beats, I get this installer pop-up and it shows my Beats doing "Standard Serial over BT Link Com4/COM5" Ready to use.. I also see five instances of "BT Perphial Device: No Driver Found".
When I right-click on the BT Adapter, BT Settings, COM Ports. I see my Beats as Outgoing COM4 as a SPP Server and Incoming COM5.
When I goto Devices/Printers I see both the BT Adapter and my Beats. If I Right-Click on my Beats I see an indicator for Troubleshoot. When I click on that, it tells me to install the driver for the BT device, I hit Fix, it searches and searches but can not find a driver.
I updated the Firmware of my Beats and they can connect to just about anything else, so I know they are not the issue.
Have I missed something?

It sounds like you've tried some extensive troubleshooting so far. I'm not one to speculate, but I question if the fact that your computer is relying on an adapter for its Bluetooth capability (rather than having the feature built-in) may be causing this issue.
Have you tried to contact Apple to discuss additional steps you may be able to take since they manufacture Beats? I'd recommend doing so if you haven't already, or you can schedule an appointment at your local Best Buy to seek assistance with a Geek Squad Agent in-person.
