Hi, I bought a MacBook in September 2017 in your store in Raleigh, NC. Last week, my mac suddenly stopped working, shut down and I cannot turn it in. I have tried several strategies, however, it doesn't turn it in. What can I do?

Well, I tried everything, I took it to the service and they told me that the brain of the computer is damaged. If I want to fix it it is going to be about $800, the same price as a new one. I was impressed because I bought in Sept 2017, I have been taking care of it like a baby, I promise. So I have no idea why did that happen!!!!! I am still in shock!!!
I was thinking to get a new one, but now, I am considering another brand, or wait till the next MacBook Pro comes out, I heard that it coming out in June 2020, is it true??
