Hello everybody, yesterday I got the Logitech MX anywhere 2s mouse as a gift from my father, and it's a great mouse, but it has some weird stain on its surface. It looks like a grease stain, but I can't seem to clean it off my mouse. I've used various methods of cleaning, yet the stain still remains. I really love how the mouse works, but the stain is becoming a big annoyance, especially since the mouse is supposed to look new. Is there any way I can make the stain disappear? Or am I just going to have to bear it? Any tips would be great! (The mouse was bought off the best buy website.)

If it is within the return period you should get the receipt from your father and return it and get a new one.

Hey there, Kayeroo,
We totally understand how a stain can get in the way and we for sure want to assist with this however we're able.
bobberuchi had a great suggestion. We would encourage you to take advantage of our Return & Exchange Promise to swap this out if applicable. Otherwise, Logitech themselves have a guide on how to keep your Logitech mouse clean. You may find some great luck following that guide!
