When you say "everything doesn't work", do you mean that you can't find a way to update the firmware on your device, or that your tablet has stopped functioning altogether?
It looks like this particular model has been discontinued, so firmware updates may no longer be available after a certain point. You may be able to talk to an Insignia™ Support specialist at (877) 467-4289, but I can't guarantee they'd have an alternate solution for you.
