 I hesitated at first but quickly came to love the chrome products from Chrome Box, to Chromebook, and I recently missed a chance at an all in one Chromebase. It's an awesome product better than what I use to use.

Hi Nelson,

We aim to host the widest array of consumer electronics possible at our physical stores for people to see in-person and get their hands on. That said, our shelf space is finite, and not every product is able to be carried in-store. I’m unable to go into detail regarding why some products are chosen to be carried in-store over others, but thank you for sharing your feedback and interest in seeing us host this particular product.

for your response, the first chrome product I ever brought was from BestBuy. The chrome box is a very responsive minicomputer. I'm really surprised it has not taken off, but I would later come back and buy my second chrome product from BestBuy. A chrome book which I also I'm super happy with and I'm typing this message right now to you with. I recently saw the Chromebase and thought about checking how did Google tackle their version of the all in one computer. It's a great product and surprisingly its scarce appearance on the display shelves I hope to see change one day in the near future.

It sounds like you're familiar with Chrome/Google products and know what to expect. Why not just buy an Acer Chromebase from bestbuy.com or have one ordered to your local store for pickup? If you don't like it for whatever reason, you can return it.

Just reporting, my better half after experiencing my many google chrome experiences, which were great. She elected to purchase the Acer chrome base online, and she's reporting that she's very happy so far, but with one noticeable wish for improvement. The external sound components could be better, as her proceeding laptop CPU had Karmon speakers built in the Acer speakers are not on the Karmon level. This, however, doesn't tip the scale to dissatisfaction in the least. Its still would be good to match up Chrome products in store against there product rivals. You cant be measured as the best or become the favorite through fan base if you're not even in the race line up...
