My mac book pro this happened before it will sound the boot up tone but there will be no picture on th e monitor I tryed 5-6 times to get it to boot up with the same thing happening every time  could my p ram battery or graphics a card be dead 

last time I took it in to geeksquad and they got it to boot up is there some secret thing they did to get it to boot up I do not know about

 May be able to give you some insight as to why it's happening and how to fix it.
