HELP! INVERTED TOUCHSCREEN AFTER RE INSTALL INSIGINA NS-P10W8100

Help I really need the drivers for the touchscreen! since i have reinstalled I cannot use my touchscreen properly. I cannot return this to bestbuy since Im outside of US right now. PLEASE THIS IS URGENT I NEED TO FIX THIS RIGHT AWAY!

IT IS THE WINDOWS THAT I HAVE REINSTALLED. I did not have any Idea that YOU GUYS DONT UPLAOD THE DRIVERS TO YOUR WEBSITE! its really hard to find the drivers since its not PUBLICLY POSTED! please help me with this! SEND ME THE LINK TO ALL THE DRIVERS USED FOR THIS DEVICE THANK YOU!
