Which is better Google Home or Echo?

Thats really a matter of personaly opinion.  To me the kind of question where the answer you will get from people is based on what they already own unless they have owned both.

For my money I would go with Google Home as it would probalby be more integrated wtih my google accounts and otthe Android devices.

I did some reading on Google Home and some reports suggests Google Home is still a work in progress. The same happened for Alexa when Amazon went forward with their idea on a personal assistant. Of course I'm sure that your local Best Buy may have these units on display and can give you more insight.
