Speakign of Simulators have you seen the new Farming Simulator coming out later this year? I love a number ot the train simulators and have had hours of fun on them.
To that end. There are a wide range of gaming computers. and thank you for posting as much specifics as you have.
The only other question woudl be what size display do you want. I have 17" gaming laptop and absolutly love it.
A good way to start is to go to the Best Buy web site and select products>Computers....>Laptops>Gaming laptops
ALMOST of the Gaming Series Laptops should meet your minimums. To get them all click on the Graphics Type under the filters and select DISCRETE (discrete meaning it has a dedicated Graphics card and almost always without fail will give you better graphics than the other selection.
If you at the other filters at this point RAM (Computer Memory) the minimum is 8 GB. All of them will have sufficient Hard Drive Space and should have processors that exceed your minimums.
Now I am a BIG fan of the MSI Gaming Series laptops and will continue to buy them.
However, the HP, Asus, Lenovo and Dell machines your going to see are excellent as well.
The amount graphics memory should be displayed. When sorting by price the less expensive will typically have 2 GB

Do you have any particular simulators you like? I used to play a number of flight simulators back in the day. I had a yoke that would attach to my desk and foot pedals to operate the rudder. I always wanted to get a collective control but never could find a good one.
I played the original Railroad Tycoon for uncounted hours back in the 1990s and a few others since then. I really like that trading and empire building type of game.

That should prove to be intense.

The Razer Blade 15 is the best gaming laptop. The Blade 15 isn't the lightest gaming laptop you can buy, but five pounds is still way better than plenty of traditional gaming laptops, while also offering similar performance and specs. That heft helps make it feel solid too. It also means the Blade 15 travels well in your backpack. An excellent choice for the gamer on the go... or if you don't have the real estate for a full-blown gaming desktop and monitor. The latest spin of the Razer Blade 15 once again improves on one of the best gaming laptops ever made. It has the same gorgeous CNC-milled aluminum chassis as its predecessor, only this time it can house one of Nvidia's latest RTX 30-series GPUs and an Intel 12th Gen Core i9 CPU.
