Any idea when or if bestbuy will get any of the Custom AIB versions Evga,MSI (etc) of any of the 10 series cards.

If you see a listing on the Best Buy website, you should bookmark it and visit it regularly. That''s the only way to see when an item is going to be available. Items are stocked at Best Buy when they receive them, and sometimes even they don't know when items will arrive.

Yeah, I've been doing that for a while but i rather have a concrete date vs just spam checking every day. They have the founder edition but im not interested in that.

Can you buy the one from Best Buy and use some kind of graphics card step up program to get what you want directly from the manufacturer?

Well i see that they added the evga superclocked 1070 any hope for any other vendors custom boards like MSI or am i better off buying it from newegg or amazon at this point?

Out of curosity why are you so concerned with a varient? What is wrong with NVIDIA?

I don't think you understand my question? A variant being a custom cooler or known as AIB card. Cards with custom designs and not reference as the nvidia made one with a blower style fan.

Considering the founders edition versions is the same price as most AIB cards why would i buy the louder and hotter card for the same price.

My current card is an MSI Variant of the NVIDIA 870 and I can barely hear it.  My last two cards have been MSI.

However, my prior one sounded like a freight train when the fan started up .

Exactly so why would i settle for the founders edition if those versions exist for the same price unless i wanted to sli them for better case temps.

I just want a simple answer from a BB rep or anyone who knows if they're going to stock any of the asus or MSI models. Took them near two months to finally stock the ACX 3.0 one.

I really just want to buy it at bb so i can use my bb creditcard/certs to buy them so paying near 500 doesn't hurt as much.
