I live on an Island that takes about 3 hours to get to my nearest Best Buy. I bought a Demo Model Dell all in one last night and I work from home 8a to 8 pm. This was a replacement for my laptop that quit Saturday.
They did not tell me nor provide a password to get past the DEMO administrator, therefor, I cannot get in or work with the apps I need unless I am the Administrator.
I have made 22 phone calls, all forwarded to the service center and Geek squad who tell me they cant help me. I cannot get the store on the phone, I have left 7 messages for a call back and to no avail. Online it says to type inh trs10 or admin and it does not work, can anyone help me. I am truely desparate and losing $500 a day I can't get on.
