I had ordered a laprop through best buy's offer and opted for the single day delivery option. Instead of using FedEx or best buys own delivery executives the order was sent using Shipt (no idea why best buy did that). Status of my order shows that it was delivered but however I didn't receive my package or did not meet any deliver shopper who should have given the order directly to me. Very frustrating experience, I have no clue where my order is right now. It's a laptop worth 1
5k dollars and it ll be great if someone can help us on this.

Hi.
Thanks for reaching out. Apparently I got the order 24 hours after my app showing : "Order delivered". It was quite frustrating and I had to search through every floor and apartment nearby but I am relieved that it arrived.
