Does Best Buy sell a device where I can transfer files from the hard drive of an old broken computer to my new computer? Thanks

To clarify.... how is it broken?

did someone drop the computer?
does it power up?
is there an error message?
Facebook parenting?

If the hard drive is intact.... you may be able to retrieve your photos and documents with a hard drive dock.
