Is the power plus computer still made? If so what is the cheapest one? I have software but it was designed for power plus only.

Power PC? Like the old IBMs and Macs?  What software is it?

Power PC computers are very obsolete. And also the Internet does not have any applications for this anymore maybe in a Mac software library but that's about it. 

 

Apple computers use Intel chips going forward.

 

Your cheapest option would be a Mac Mini but they can run quite a bit but cheaper than a full fledged desktop model. The applications you run, there may be free alternatives out there you can download for your new Mac.
