So, I bought a Chromebook in December and I know I missed the 15/30 day window to return it and no, I don't have the original packaging. But I need to return or exchange (preferably) it for a different laptop. It's continually crashing on me. I can't work from my computer if it's always doing that.
Is there anything Best Buy can do? It's a Lenovo Yoga Chromebook and yes, I bought it from Best Buy.
