That would be expensive. and depending on how much you paid for the computer in the first place it could be more expensive then purchasing a new computer.
And the Geek Squad may not be willing to do it as the chances for something being damaged could be a liability. You could end up with a computer that does not work.
Out of curosity. Why do you want to transfer the internals of your computer to a new case?

bobberuchi was on the right track. While transferring your whole PC to another case may be something we are able to do, it will often times be expensive, and sometimes not possible depending on the parts in your current case. Parts are commonly different sizes, not meant to be removed, or even proprietary to a specific case. That said, you would want to have your PC checked by your local Geek Squad to see if it was possible to transfer cases, and to get a price estimate.
