Can you boot via sd card on the ns-p08w7100-c?

I was wondering if it was possible to boot from the sd card from the bios to reinstall windows? my devices os was wipred by my mother when she tried to uninstall all of her information and give it back to me. The device has hardly been used. warranty and box original packaging are long gone. I just want it working. I've tried a OTG cable and a usb hub but a keyboard and usb will not work at the same time.
