You can return the laptop if it is in the return period.
What game are you haveing issues with. You may need to reduce the settings for the game. Also make sure all other applications are off when starting the game.
How much drive space do you have left? There can be quite an array of reasons why your machine is having a long time to load a game.

Hello, Luca1231,
Welcome to our Best Buy forum community!
As someone who uses my laptop daily, I can imagine how frustrating it would be to have the system freeze anytime you play a game. That's not the experience we wanted for you, so we're glad you reached out to us for support.
Bobberuchi is correct that the product would need to be within the Return & Exchange Promise for your PC to qualify for a return. That said, I'm happy to hear that you have a warranty on the laptop, so we can better assist. Is it the manufacture warranty or did you purchase Geek Squad Protection?
If you're still running into trouble with your screen freezing after trying the tips that Bobberuchi suggested, please let us know so we can look into this further.
Cheers,
