no i am not disgruntled but yes i am an employee and you can go ahead and keep telling yourself you can do those tweeks but i garauntee you you can't do everything they can do. call microsoft if you do not believe me most of the registry you would have to access is locked. don't believe me.....i don't care the people from microsoft even say geek squad are the only people that can do it. bring it in and run in next to the optimization display at best buy if you think yours is so good......bet you its not. you obviously do not know how much this service does. you are underestimating it wayyyyyy tooo much.
