CLEARWIRE

Is it true Clearwire is giving out free $150 AMEX gift cards for those who subscribe for any new 2-year internet service contract at the Best Buy stands?

There is no need to be sarcastic. If no one replies, then chances are they do not have the information you are seeking. Be patient. Smiley Wink

Re: CLEARWIRE

Welcome, gerone!

Thank you for your patience. So very sorry no one had an immediate answer for you last night; so I made this my first priority this morning! I was able to confirm that Clearwire does have promotions going on in my state as of this writing – but not the one you mentioned. In fact, Best Buy® has many partners with varying special offers for high-speed internet when you sign up in our store. Please visit your local store (instead of phoning) to see what offers are available in your area. Some of these offers require special equipment, bundled services, or mail-in rebates. Before leaving the store please ensure you understand how to fulfill the offer as it is your sole responsibility to meet the required terms and conditions.

Re: CLEARWIRE

My problem is:

I was told all about this offer by a CW rep who had this CW stand in the Computer Department of my hometown Best Buy. That was around the 3rd of this month but I did not sign up for service then. On December 12th I did sign up there at the same CW booth inside the same Best Buy, but I was dumb enough to forget to mention this to the other sales rep that day, and she did not mention anything about it.......now I don't know if that offer was either expired or what?

Did I miss out on it?

Re: CLEARWIRE

Hi gerone,

Just a clarification:  store offers are generally not available by going through the provider directly, contrary to u_hsen' suggestion.  That provider will usually list their direct promotions when you contact them or refer you back to the store if it is an in-store-only promotion. It is also worth repeating that in-store-only promotions could have qualifying criteria and are often a limited-time offer.  Please check with the store for details.
