Warranty does not cover software issues.
What were the instructions from ASUS?
You should try to restart in Safe mode
when it is started in safe mode in the search bar type in Reset this PC and follow the instructions.

Ok acknowledged if software issues are not covered in warranty
Then please route me to the correct person or the team of Asus to solve my issue .
Since asus team has already tried to boot my laptop in safe mode .

The people at ASUS you already talked to that tried to reboot your computer in safe mode would be the proper people to talk to.
