Everytime I open my computer, I get notices I need to add something. I don't know if these are just ads or actually something Best Buy thinks I should download. I don't if it is free with my purchase or downloads I need to actually purchase.. Thanks, Brenda {removed per forum guidelines} {removed per forum guidelines}

Hey there, Brenda. What kind of computer is this (Dell, HP, Acer, etc.), and what are the notices enticing you to add? Did you purchase the computer brand-new, or as an Open Box model? It almost sounds like this is either a system pop-up, or some sort of malware.
I am a former Best Buy employee. While here to help, the opinions presented by me on this site do not represent the views or decisions of Best Buy and its affiliates. Authorized company representatives identified with -BBY after their names are able to address specific concerns or inquiries in greater detail.

Brenda,
We appreciate you connecting with us! Sam15 asked some amazing questions, and if you could provide us with more clarity around that, we may be able to dig more into this. Additionally, we may advise connecting with our Remote Support as our expertly trained Geek Squad Agents would be best suited to assist if this was an issue with a virus or malware.
