Hey Guys, i am have an AT&T wireless router which the customer service pin  {removed per forum guidelines} i really want to unlock the router. Can anyone tell me how to go about it?

I would be glad to assist you today what exactly is the problem with the router? Please define "unlock" it. Have you forgotten your login details?

Normally your initial login information (password) is on the back of your router itself. You also have the capability to reset your router all of this information should be in the owners manual.

You can also alternatively contact AT&T and they should be able to reset your account if I am not mistaken.

I found this after while seeing if there was any other information to help assist you. You can log into AT&T online and it should have various settings here to help you find what you need.

Thanks for joining our forums and posting your question. Using the pin you provided I was able to pull up and review your purchase. Being that this is a mobile hotspot designed to work directly with AT&T service, it's possible that it may not be able to be unlocked for use with a different carrier. That said we're unable to assist with any type of carrier unlock, as this is something that can only be done though your carrier. As a result I recommend reaching out to AT&T Support directly for assistance with this.
