I have a 2016 Nissan Altima SL and recently had my brother in law install my two 12” kicker subs and Sony xplod 250w amp. For some reason the amp is not getting any power to it. Ground wire was already checked. Both the subs and amp worked in my previous car so we don’t know what the problem is. Can Best Buy look at my system and fix the problem for me? And if so, what’s a round about pricing for it?

I appreciate you taking the time to join and reach out to us regarding your 2016 Nissan Altima. This could be something as simple as a fuse, or as tedious as a short somewhere. Before making any decisions, I recommend scheduling a free in-store reservation with one of our Autotechs to check with them, and get a possible estimate on getting this issue resolved. They'll be able to help you get an estimate for both the labor and any additional accessories that may be required to get this corrected.
