I'm excited to hear that you have everything ready to go, but sad to hear that you're having difficulties installing the LOC. We'd be happy to help, but there is not a labor sku for that particular device since it's covered in our amp installation scope of work. However, we'd be more than willing to take a look to see what is possible under our custom labor sku. I'd partner with your local Best Buy to see when the soonest time would be available to get that LOC installed, and while you're speaking with the Geek Squad Autotech see how much they're going to charge you. They should be able to give a rough estimate of how long it would take!
