Thanks for taking the time to write to us on the Best Buy forums. I believe I have the answers that can point you where to turn next to truly understand what is going on with your amp and sub. To tell you the truth, there are far too many connections and ways to install an amp and sub for me to do any type of troubleshooting without actually seeing the installation myself.
Our Geek Squad Autotechs are all MECP certified and more than capable of diagnosing what could be causing the issue, and I welcome you to call to speak with one of them at your local Best Buy. They do work by appointment, and I’d recommend calling in advance to make sure there are available slots that work best for your schedule!
