I just got two 12in MTX subwoofers with a db A3 1000.10 amp and i bought a 1500watt install wire kit (4 gauge) and a LOC for my factory radio. I wired the battery wire (with fuse) from my battery to my glovebox and back to the trunk through the passengers side under the plastic. I tried to splice the LOC to the radio and its not working, i'm not sure if tbe amp is beat or what. How much would it cost for someone to look at it and install it correctly.

I agree that your amp may be the culprit at this time, but I recommend scheduling a free in-store reservation with one of our Autotechs to get it looked at and get an estimate on getting these subwoofers installed. Subwoofer installations will usually start at $19.99, but keep in mind that this doesn't include hardware and required wiring you may not already have. They'll be able to help you get an estimate for both the labor and any additional accessories that may be required to get this completed.
