I got a Viper 4115V1 remote start installed in my 2013 Toyota Yaris a few years ago. Recently, the remote broke. I opened it up to change the battery and realized the switch had totally fallen off of the chip inside the remote, so it's properly broken.

I got a 3rd party remote online. When it came, I tried to follow the instructions to pair it to my Viper system, but I can not locate the "valet/control button." It seems this should be a momentary switch button that is usually placed towards the bottom of the dash on the drivers side. Pictures of my specific Viper system online show this switch included in the box, and the directions that came with system talk about a control/valet button. I have even taken some dash panels off looking for this little button, I cannot find it.

Does anyone know if there is a typical location that Best Buy installers place this control/valet button for remote starters?
