Having a Viper alarm going full out would certainly be something we would want to take a closer look into right away. Thank you for joining the Best Buy forums to bring this to our attention. Unfortunately, we would need you to schedule an appointment by calling your local Geek Squad Auototech. Our MECP installers should be able to disable the security system, but if your alarm is going on off, you may be unable to start your car because of the starter kill relay.
Your best option would be to call and speak with an Autotech to set up an installaiton, which could cost money to diagnose. Our troubleshooting fees start at $24.99 per 1/4 hour, but you can ask your installer how long they think it will take, once they see the situation, and you could agree or disagree at that time.
Hope this helps! We sure do hope you are able to get this alarm off also, and write back to me if you have anything else needing attention!
