Hi! I recently purchased the Viper - DS4+ Remote Start System, which says installation included, but I'm a bit confused as to what that means. When it says it's included, does that mean that they will install it for free with the purchase of the starter, or does it mean that they offer installation but I have to pay for it still as an additional charge to the starter? Any clarification would help. Thanks!

Thanks for taking the time to ask your question!  I’m wanting to shine some light on your most recent purchase with the hope of providing you with the response you were looking for!

Our “installation included” means that the purchase price will have the installation already packaged with the product you’ve purchased.  When you purchase a remote start, the manufacturing company’s that we work with do not uphold their warranties, unless the remote starts are sold by a shop who also offers professional installation.  All of our Geek Squad Autotechs are MECP certified, and we offer a lifetime labor warranty on all of their workmanship! 

There may be some miscellaneous parts which may be required, and I’d be happy to send you a quote to make sure you have a list of the necessary pieces, if any are required, for your vehicle specific!  If you’re looking to double-check, please share with me your vehicle year, make, and model.
