Marshalm35,
I would recommend scheduling a free consultation with a Geek Squad Autotech at your local store about what you want done and they can provide you an in-depth and detailed list of the labor and parts needed for proper functionality with your stock stereo and aftermarket amp.
From what I was able to find on BestBuy.com....
- Single Subwoofer Installation (Hardware Not Included) $19.99
- 2-Channel or Mono Car Amplifier Installation (Hardware Not Included) $99.99
The above labor plus parts and additional custom labor, mounting the sub in the enclosure, etc., you're probably looking at between $200 - $300. My best educated guess.
I'm pretty sure there are some moderators here that are quite knowledgeable about this side of the business, as well. Wait here for them or schedule a consultation at your local store. Either way, good luck with your install!

Welcome to the Best Buy forums Marshalm35-
@ANDY seems to be beating me to the punch all day today, and we appreciate all of the assistance that has been provided this far! To tell you the truth he pretty much nailed the standard sub and amp installation charges, but I’d like to provide some insight that might help your exact situation!
Knowing that you already have the 12” Kicker Comp-R installed in your vehicle, the amplifier specs would determine what subwoofer to choose next. If you’re looking for more bass, then you’ll likely have to replace your amplifier as well. If you’re looking to save space, like these, then I’d recommend the 43TCWRT122.
The free consultation is an excellent opportunity to speak with your local Autotech about what you may need to do for you next upgrade to your audio system. Being a former Autotech myself, I believe you may have a unique situation that could help you save some money, but I’d have to refer you to the store to speak with the installer who will be working on the car for exact pricing and scheduling availability.
Feel welcome to let me know if you have any other questions!
Respectfully,
