Not sure if the factory or an aftermarket company will make an adapter to do what a Line Output Convertor will do for you, but splicing into the factory sub, rear speakers would be all that is needed to connect to the factory radio for signal. You're welcome to check around, but I'm not entirely sure such a part exists for your vehicle specific, or any vehicle specific in general.
