my little buddy was working great until yesterday. now will not charge started blinking fast then stopped now nothing. i want to continue service until April, what can i do? i can purchase a new device and switch batteries, but its hard wired in. i called the company that provides the sevice to see if i can start up a new device on my plan, but i was on hold for 18 mins. can anyone help me with this. this little device worked great and i need it for peace of mind!
