Hi all,

My NS-CNV43 failed to load the map in the micro SD card, so I check the SD card found that it is empty. The app and map information is lost. So I copy the new app and map in the SD card guided from this website http://www.insigniaproducts.com/products/car-audio-video-gps/NS-CNV43.html?supportTab=open. I copy the WLANavi480_272 folder in the SD. 

The problem is when the GPS restarts. It pops the error "Error opening databse, Check Defecations file and DataConfig file". Do I miss anything or should I copy any other data into the SD card.
