NS-CNV43 apps not working

My apps won't come up on my GPS.  It worked fine with the apps for a week or so, and now it just says that the wireless modem is not connected and the applications are not connected.  It doesn't go to the "your subscription has expired".  I tried resetting, and I tried taking it to Geek Squad.  Does anyone know how to power up the wireless modem?

Best Buy cancelled the contract with the service provider.  There is nothing wrong with your GPS.  The apps are dead in the water at this point with no prior notice from BB.
