I have a Insignia NS-CNV10 GPS, I know that this is an older model but I have not had any issues with it except now. Keeps saying I have proformed an illegal operation and the unit will shut down. It works but the car on the screen stays at one location. I do not know much about these things, kids got it for me years back. Would appreciate any help. PS: I never updated the maps, have not done anything to it over the years. Thanks
I am sorry your having trouble with you GPS device. I would recommend resetting your device. To do this, press and hold the reset button on the bottom of your GPS for approxiamtely 5 seconds.
