Everything seems to work but no sound. The face lights up and all numbers work. I check the speaker wires with a meter but nothing, thanks for any help.

If the unit is receiving power and the cabling is connected properly, but the meter is reading nothing, then it is likely that there is a hardware issue. I would advise taking the unit, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service. The NS-C3112 has a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
