Couple questions:
1. How the heck do you get thru to Insignia's help desk in regards to GPS's? I either get disconnected or transfered to Best Buy..... poor support in my opinion.
2. I have a GPS NS-NAVO2R unit and the on/off button is not working -- any suggestions - the unit is only 11 months old.

I apologize for your experience in attempting to call our Product Support team. I'll report the problem. Since your GPS navigator has a one-year factory warranty, I recommend returning to the place of purchase with the unit and your original receipt (for warranty validation) to pursue service options.

I received the unit using Thank You Reward points from a vendor program where I was working - a receipt was not sent with the unit -- any suggestions?
