when i try to take a picture,and hit any button the camera turns off.iput in new batteries and still the same problem. the view goes blank and cannot turn back on for 10-15 secs.its worked for years with no problem.

Unfortunately, this would require service repair, and/or replacement. However, it would most likely be cheaper to replace this camera than repair it.

actually we at first bought el cheapo batteries,so went back and bought name brand,and it worked.it was just the el cheapo did not have enough power i guess.
