My new digital frame will not set up.  Menu doesn't work neither does the remote.

It deos play pictures from USB though.

Have you tried uninstalling it and then re-installing the NS-DPF7G? Have you checked your power adapter connections to ensure everything is properly connected? If you have tried these steps, yet still experience issues, then I would recommend either seeking repair or replacement.
