 please i just got a new insignia dsc10b  when i put in batteries, it blinks green and goes off, ive never used the camera. i keep changing batteries but camera still doesnt come on its an insingia dsc10b. it show a faint greyish/black colour on the screen sometimes

Given what you describe, I would recommend visiting the retailer from where you purchased your camera for assistance with a refund or exchange.

Alternatively, you can pursue service by carrying your camera in to your local Geek Squad. You can schedule an appointment by visiting We're Here to Help and selecting "Make a Reservation" under "Getting Help is Easy."
